Syluxis Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Syluxis (“we”, “us”, or “our”) places top priority on the security of your personal privacy and private data. This Privacy Policy fully defines our standards for collecting, utilizing, storing and safeguarding your information when you download, install and run Syluxis mobile visual creative application and all built-in functional services (collectively referred to as the Service).
By downloading and launching Syluxis, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all clauses contained in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any single provision, you must cease using the Service at once.
Official Audit Compliance Statement
All picture and motion video generation algorithms of Syluxis are independently researched and operated by our in-house system. We will never gather, transmit, disclose or share your personal identity data, uploaded original photos, facial contours and biometric information with any external third-party AI platform, third-party AI algorithm supplier or third-party image rendering service. No user data will be delivered to outside AI entities under any scenario, and separate user consent for AI-related data transmission is not required within this App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide
Account Data: While registering an account, you may submit your email address and self-set nickname.
Payment Details: All checkout procedures are exclusively handled by Apple App Store and Google Play official payment channels. We cannot gather or store your bank card numbers, billing addresses and all confidential payment credentials.
User Uploaded Materials: Original photos uploaded by you for five core creation functions: Style Canvas, Solo Motion, Pair Motion, Dynamic Rhythm, Scene Reimagine.
2.2 Automatically Gathered System Information
Device Metadata: Mobile device model, operating system version, unique device ID and mobile network status.
Usage Statistics: Record of functions you open, creation history and interactive behaviors inside the App.
Operational Logs: App crash feedback and performance data, solely used for internal maintenance and bug repair.
2.3 Visual Creation Processing Data
Source photos uploaded for style beautification, single-image animation, dual-image synthesis, portrait dancing clips and background replacement
Stylized images and motion videos generated via our self-developed rendering system
Custom creation parameters including art filters, motion styles, dance templates and background selections
3. Legitimate Purposes of Using Your Data
We only utilize collected information for the following service-related demands without expanding usage scope without authorization:
Operate, maintain and continuously upgrade all core creative modules: Style Canvas, Solo Motion, Pair Motion, Dynamic Rhythm, Scene Reimagine
Execute your creation requests including photo retouching, single-image video, two-image composite clips and portrait dance animation
Manage your account status, membership and purchased functional quota
Verify orders and activate unlocked premium creative permissions
Push service updates, new template alerts and account security notifications
Respond to user consultation, feedback and technical support requests
Detect and resolve system loopholes and potential security hazards
Fulfill statutory data compliance obligations under relevant laws
4. Visual Creation & Data Retention Specifications
4.1 Independent Cloud Processing Illustration
All image and motion video rendering tasks run on our exclusive encrypted private cloud servers. Syluxis never calls any external third-party AI interfaces or algorithm resources during the full creation flow. Your uploaded images are transferred through TLS/SSL encrypted channels to our dedicated processing cluster only.
4.2 Official Data Retention Period
Uploaded original photos: All source pictures will be permanently deleted from cloud servers within 30 days after rendering completes; offline processed images will never be uploaded to servers.
Generated visual works: Edited photos and motion videos will be stored in your personal cloud workspace for 90 days for secondary editing and will be auto-deleted upon expiry. You shall back up works locally by yourself.
Account information: Registered profile data will be retained until you submit an official account deletion application. All bound data will be irrecoverably erased after cancellation.
4.3 Ownership of User Created Content
You hold full intellectual property rights of all original photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license only to process your uploaded materials for delivering agreed creative services. This authorization cannot be assigned to any third party.
4.4 Portrait & Biometric Data Rules
Our App only temporarily analyzes facial outlines to realize portrait animation and aesthetic filter effects. All facial feature data will be fully wiped immediately after one-time rendering. We will never independently collect, permanently store or distribute any user biometric portrait information.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure Rules
We will never sell, trade or rent your personal data and picture files to external parties. We only share minimal anonymized data under limited scenarios, and all cooperative suppliers are non-AI service providers:
Trusted Service Partners: Share basic device operation data with cloud hosting, security maintenance and statistical vendors. All partners sign equal confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from utilizing user data for AI training or image analysis.
Statutory Requirements: Disclose designated data when valid laws, court verdicts or government regulatory orders require us to do so.
Enterprise Asset Adjustment: In case of merger, acquisition or asset sale, user data will be transferred as business assets, and the transferee must follow identical privacy protection standards.
User Explicit Consent: Share specified data only after you give clear written authorization inside Syluxis.
6. Data Security Protection Measures
We adopt standardized technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information:
TLS/SSL end-to-end encryption for all picture and video network transmission
Isolated private cloud framework with multi-layer access permission verification
Regular vulnerability scanning, security inspection and privacy compliance audit
Hierarchical data access control and full confidentiality training for internal staff
No internet transmission or electronic storage technology can achieve 100% absolute security, thus we cannot fully eliminate all potential data leakage risks.
7. Your Legal Data Rights
Subject to local data protection laws, you have the following legal entitlements:
Right of Access: Request a copy of your reserved personal account information
Right of Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate profile data
Right of Erasure: Apply to delete your account and all bound data
Right of Data Portability: Export your photos and account records in machine-readable format
Right to Opt-out: Disable non-mandatory data collection and behavior tracking
To exercise these rights, please send emails to our official support mailbox. We will review and reply to your application within 30 working days.
8. Minors Privacy Protection
This Service is designed for users aged 13 and above. We will not actively collect personal and portrait data from children under 13. If we unintentionally obtain minor user information, we will delete all relevant materials instantly.
9. Third-Party Auxiliary Services
Syluxis only integrates official payment channels, without embedding any third-party AI creation or analysis tools. We take no responsibility for the privacy policies of third-party payment platforms. You are advised to check their privacy rules before using them.
10. Cross-Border Data Transmission
Your personal information and creation files may be stored and processed in overseas compliant servers. If cross-border transmission is necessary, we will sign Standard Contractual Clauses to guarantee equivalent protection standards for overseas data receivers.
11. Policy Revision Notice
We may revise this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to legal updates and service iteration. Updated versions will be published on App "Settings - Privacy Policy" page with a new effective date. Your continuous use of Syluxis after policy updates means you accept revised clauses.
